You guys, I am so incredibly excited to announce to you the Wander With Sarah S July Campaign! The organization we are supporting holds a place near and dear in my heart because they are empowering young girls through nature and travel – two things I LOVE! Their mission is SO extremely important and I feel just so aligned with everything they do. The Power of Girls serves, inspires, and empowers young girls to develop into confident, well-rounded global leaders. Like seriously, SO amazing!!
Introducing.. The Power of Girls
The Power of Girls is a nonprofit organization based in Atlanta. Each year, a group of young women is selected to participate in a year-long “Power House” curriculum. Throughout the year they focus on developing confidence, leadership skills and self-awareness. During the last phase of the program, the girls embark on an international trip.
As I am sure you know, travel is a way to view the world through a broader lens and understand different cultures. For young girls especially, travel is both eye-opening and empowering. It allows them to stretch their comfort zones and build confidence in new skills. Travel also sparks curiosity and enables them to explore ideas about the world around them.
So how can you help with their mission of empowering young girls?
